Kymin at ya
Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at 1:41PM Good news for lovers of hills, snow, fell races and........hilly, snowy fell races. Rod Jones is once again organising the ever popular Kymin fell race on the outskirts of Monmouth. This is not an uber hard fell race ala Snowdon or the Black mountains, but a lovely 4 mile race on forest tracks and marked paths with a very decent amount of climbing. It's the perfect opportunity to work off all that turkey dinner, turkey sandwiches, turkey curry etc. etc. (veggies please supplement 'turkey' for 'nut roast'). Last year a contingent from the club thoroughly enjoyed themselves and don't forget......this is one of 'our' races and a lovely one to support.
